Community Outreach

Our commitment to you is to provide unique travel experiences with a touch of luxury and enhanced levels of comfort, whilst you explore some of the world’s most remote and exotic destinations.

We believe we also have a commitment to the world in which we live and travel.  The Captain’s Choice Tour uses the services of local tour operators and guides in each of the destinations visited, thereby contributing to the local economy. 

In addition we have a charitable foundation and work in conjunction with Rotary Aid International to complete projects within some of the countries we visit.  In 2011 we opened our first two senior schools in Cambodia, each supporting four rural communities and 300-500 children.  We also work with a school in Tanzania and in Madagascar. 

We strongly believe in giving back to the communities who have provided our guests such wonderful experiences.

The School of St. Jude, Tanzania

Recently, two of our Private Jet tours have visited The School of St. Jude in Tanzania. The Captain's Choice Tour, along with some of our very generous passengers, donated money to help build more classrooms for the school. You can read the details here.

Our Low Carbon Commitment

We are committed to ensuring a Low Carbon Future.  In partnership with Climate Friendly and GreenPower, The Captain's Choice Tour has offset carbon emissions caused by our direct business activities - electricity and staff flights (excluding flights for tours). Carbon credits are used to invest in renewable energy projects, such as a wind farm in Jaisalmer, India. We will continue to work towards a low carbon future.
